Strengthening and microbial regulation mechanism of Bacillus on purification device for grass carp culture wastewater

Aquaculture wastewater (AW) poses a threat to natural aquatic environments. Microecological agents are widely used regulate and purify AW, with Bacillus being the most common. To evaluate AW purification effect of adding subtilis licheniformis an treatment device, we constructed experimental device including small grass carp culture pond three groups cuboid reactors. The effects two strains reactor on microbiota compositions in packing surface biofilm were analyzed via high-throughput sequencing 16S rRNA gene. Our results showed that bacteria reactors improved total nitrogen (TN) removal efficiency reduced chemical oxygen demand (COD). Adding both B. subtillis preparations significantly increased abundance Firmicutes water at middle end stages experiment. addition changed composition later Therefore, TN COD by increasing changing system.
